Refund Eligibility
Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the course start date. No refunds will be provided after seven days from the course start date.
Cancellation Requests
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to crsmpanampilly.ac@gmail.com
Include the following details in your email:
- Full name
- Course name and start date
- Reason for cancellation
Refund Process
Refunds will be processed within 20 days of receiving a valid refund request.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Course Transfers
If you are unable to attend the course/session for which you registered, you may request to transfer to another course/session.
Session/Course transfers are subject to availability.
Technical Issues
Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant’s end.
Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for the online class.
