Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:
- Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the course start date.
- No refunds will be provided after seven days from the course start date.
Cancellation Requests:
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing to crsmpanampilly.ac@gmail.com
- Include the following details in your email:
- - Full name
- - Course name and start date
- - Reason for cancellation
Refund Process:
- Refunds will be processed within 20 days of receiving a valid refund request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Course Transfers:
- If you are unable to attend the course/session for which you registered, you may request to transfer to another course/session.
- Session/Course transfers are subject to availability.
Course Changes or Cancellations:
- Crossroads School of Music reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
- In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.
Technical Issues:
- Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant's end.
- Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for the online class.
