Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

  • Full refunds will be issued if a cancellation request is received within 7 days of the course start date.
  • No refunds will be provided after seven days from the course start date.

Cancellation Requests:

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to crsmpanampilly.ac@gmail.com
  • Include the following details in your email:
  • - Full name
  • - Course name and start date
  • - Reason for cancellation

Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be processed within 20 days of receiving a valid refund request.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Course Transfers:

  • If you are unable to attend the course/session for which you registered, you may request to transfer to another course/session.
  • Session/Course transfers are subject to availability.

Course Changes or Cancellations:

  • Crossroads School of Music reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment.
  • In such cases, participants will be offered the option to transfer to another session or receive a full refund.

Technical Issues:

  • Refunds will not be issued for technical issues on the participant's end.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring their devices meet the technical requirements for the online class.

  • Crossroads School of Music reserves the right to modify this refund policy at any time.
  • By enrolling in our online classes, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this refund policy.
