However, for batch classes, such flexibility might not be feasible. However, students can access the video recording of the missed class to catch up. Also teachers at Crossroads remain committed to assisting students with their questions and concerns.

How do students access the online lessons, and what technology or software is required?

Students will attend their live online classes via Microsoft Teams. Our admissions team will guide you through the installation and login process. As you’re aware, a reliable broadband connection is crucial for an optimal online learning experience.

What is the refund policy if a student needs to withdraw from the course?

According to the school’s policy, fees paid are non-refundable.
